• Improved fertility
• Successful treatment or medical outcomes

8. Consultations

Unless expressly identified as a medical consultation delivered by an appropriately licensed healthcare professional, a Conceev consultation is not medical care and does not create a doctor-patient relationship.

When booking a consultation, you agree to:

• Attend at the scheduled date and time
• Use a reliable internet connection for virtual appointments
• Join the appointment from a safe and private location
• Communicate respectfully with the consultant
• Seek medical care when professional treatment is required

Late arrival

If you arrive late, your consultation may still end at the originally scheduled time. A late arrival may reduce the amount of time available for your consultation.

If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, the appointment may be treated as a missed appointment.

Recording consultations

You may not record, photograph, reproduce, publish, stream, or distribute a consultation without prior written permission from Conceev and every person participating in the consultation.

9. Appointment Cancellations and Rescheduling

Consultation cancellation and rescheduling requests should be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

• Appointments cancelled at least 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled, subject to availability.
• Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may be non-refundable.
• Missed appointments and no-shows may be non-refundable.
• Each appointment may be rescheduled once unless Conceev agrees otherwise.
• Conceev may refuse repeated rescheduling requests.

If Conceev must cancel an appointment, we may offer a replacement appointment, account credit, or refund for the affected service.

10. Accounts and Account Security

Certain services may require you to create an account. You are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping your account details current.

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your username and password confidential
• Preventing unauthorized access to your account
• All activity performed through your account
• Immediately notifying Conceev of suspected unauthorized use

You may not sell, transfer, lend, or share your account with another person.

11. Prices and Payments

Prices for products and services will be displayed before purchase. Unless otherwise stated, prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout.

By submitting a payment, you authorize Conceev and its payment provider to charge the selected payment method for the total amount displayed.

12. Refund Policy

Digital products

Because digital products are delivered immediately and cannot be physically returned, purchases of downloadable guides, ebooks, meal plans, worksheets, templates, and similar digital products are generally non-refundable once the product has been accessed, downloaded, or delivered.

A replacement file or other reasonable solution may be provided when:

• The file is defective or corrupted
• The wrong product was delivered
• A duplicate payment was processed
• The customer cannot access the product because of an issue caused by Conceev

Consultations

Consultation payments may be non-refundable when the customer:

• Cancels less than 24 hours before the appointment
• Does not attend the appointment
• Arrives too late for the consultation to reasonably continue
• Provides incorrect contact or booking information

Nothing in this section limits any refund, cancellation, or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Digital Products and Licence

When you purchase or download a Conceev digital product, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to use the product for your own personal and non-commercial use.

You may not:

• Resell or redistribute the product
• Upload the product to another website or platform
• Share the product publicly or privately with other people
